The women who run this company
Our Board is elected by the general body every shareholder, one vote each. Directors are not appointed by any outside institution. They are farmers from these villages, chosen by their neighbours and answerable to them.
Directors are elected by the general body at the Annual General Meeting. Any member in good standing may stand for election, and the Board’s decisions are recorded in minutes available to any member on request.
